Our services are key to making a property absolutely 'pop' in terms of bookings and guest experience.

We will develop a pricing strategy with you.

Our fees start from 20% of the guest fee. Other costs that you may incur will be laundry and essentials for the property (soaps, coffee, tea etc).

Some owners prefer an aggressive strategy with a lower nightly rate and high turnover. Other owners prefer a higher rate with a more conservative turnover. We can chat about that when we meet.

Now more than ever cleaning is an art!

Not only do we have absolute attention to detail, we need to be cleaning to satisfy a new level of expectation. Our in-house linen service is personalised and expertly finished to create restful linens.

We understand the importance of ‘change over’ cleans and work within the timeframe to get it right. We consistently achieve 5/5 on guest reviews for cleanliness. We want to have that ‘wow’ factor every time.

Qualified Guests

Only guests who qualify can book your property. This includes an ID check and review of other guest stays. We automate most of the process, but we always call guests as it puts the mind at ease.

Professional Cleaners

Yes, cleaning is a Profession! Well, we think so. We only employ housekeepers that meet our standards.

Key Service

We can manage a key service for you in the traditional way, or we can install a WiFi enabled smart lock. No keys, just the tech.

Inspection

All properties are inspected by us before any bonds are released to guests after their stay.
