How it all began.
We are a booking, marketing and housekeeping service for properties listed on AirBnb, Stayz, Homeaway, Tripadvisor and all major accommodation booking sites.
Fiona received her NSW Real Estate license in 2001 while working in real estate in Sydney. In the 14 years since she has been on quite the journey to starting Host Partners!
In 2013 she found herself a single mum with her 10 year old son living in the Southern Highlands of NSW. Fiona was travelling 4 hours every day to a high pressure corporate job in Sydney. Her son was being looked after by family members and carers. It wasn’t fair.
So Fiona made the decision to stop the commute and created 2 businesses. One was Country Concierge, a housekeeping and cleaning service and the other, Host Partners.
Along the way she met owner after owner who were dabbling in short-term rentals of their properties through AirBnb and other sites.
They all said the same thing. “It’s hard work, takes a lot of time and the reviews can be brutal”.
Fiona runs Host Partners with her team and coordinates all the guest bookings and liason with her owners.
